No, we cater predominantly to the healthcare industry with English being the language of choice for reporting. We have Hinglish commands. 

Augnito speech-to-text solution can be used across all specialities varying from Radiology, Cardiology, Histopathology to Operative Notes, Discharge Summaries and the like. 

Augnito speech to text solution is implemented in many esteemed locations across India inclusive of Apollo, Breach Candy, , Max, Medanta and many other illustrious clients. 

We do have a Lifetime SaaS model which includes initial cost-plus AMC every year.  

On premise solution is not available for retail users.  Conversely, retail users can opt for the Lifetime SaaS. 

While the dictation hardware is not included in the pricing, the Augnito Everywhere solution and all its applications are a bundle package which also includes the Augnito Mobile Mic solution (on both Android and iOS) for dictation purposes.  If required, we will suggest the microphones that can be opted for, which will then have to be purchased by the user. 

For Lifetime SaaS, AMC has to be purchased on an annual basis.

With Augnito's concept of EVERYWHERE (available on iOS, Android, MAC (browser-based solution), Widows) and the ability to access your templates and macros at all points, you can document your reports from anywhere.  The Augnito Mic feature gives you the freedom to use your mobile as a listening device.  

You can raise a query on the widget/web by clicking on the “report issue” option or call the CSMs if any doubts in that regard  (15 mins SLA).

We provide a 7-day free trial and believe that it is sufficient time to adopt into the product. For any further queries or hiccups accessing the software during this period, we are always available for assistance. 

Both the app and web versions can be used alternatingly from the first day.  Also, should you have opted for the app version to start with, you still have the option of upgrading from the app to the web and have both. 

(b) Are all desktop app commands supported in Web/ Chrome plugin and mobile app? 

B) While a majority of the desktop commands are supported in the web and mobile app, the chrome plugin command functionality will depend on the editor being used. 

Answer B Part 

Post a technical evaluation and depending on the editor being a word-based editor or a browser-based editor, the respective Augnito Everywhere product can be used to seamlessly capture speech-to-text within the PACS.  

There are only two plausible scenarios when the accuracy can fail.  An issue with the listening device (microphone) or an issue with the connectivity (internet). 

You can check if it is an issue with the microphone by using the Augnito Mic app to check if the accuracy issue is rectified while using the Augnito Mic app. 

Our support team will be happy to connect with you and help resolve the issue should you feel there is no issue with either the microphone/connectivity. 

Within the templates option in Augnito, you will find the option to “upload new template.” Click on this option, then select the folder in the laptop/desktop where the personal formats/templates are stored, and select “upload,” and you are done, it is that easy.  One can also upload all the templates in one go. 

There is no limit/cap to the number of templates that a user can create. 

The micro editors is an absolutely effective tool that can be easily accessed through the hamburger menu on the widget and choosing “micro editor” or simply by calling out Augnito to “open micro editor.” 

The micro editor is a translucent editor that sits on top of any window that is open on your system and helps to easily document your findings while viewing your DICOM images/taking notes while reading a medical journal, etc., without shuffling multiple windows.  Once done with this, you can just place your cursor back on the main editor where you want the text captured, use the command word “transfer data” and all of your information from the micro editor is transferred to the main editor. 

The subscriptions can be easily chosen/renewed through our latest console platform, console.augnito.ai. 

Anything that opens on Edge, Firefox and Chrome is a browser-based editor. It is a text box where the text can be dictated to plugin. No bold, Italics, line commands work on browser-based editors. Only word commands will work- Delete last word, delete last three words.  Word based editor: Microsoft word, Notes. 

The plain editor helps with capturing quick clinical notes to easily share with the intended recipient through the click of a button, while the smart editor brings in all the features of the web version including the option to access the templates, macros and ease of navigation. 

(b) Will the application run smoothly with mobile data pack, or it requires WIFI? 

The app/software requires just 2 Mbps and constant speed to function to its full potential and as it is an AI-based model, it does not have the offline functioning services available. It can run seamlessly also on undisrupted mobile data pack. 

System Requirements: 

The option to display line numbers is an option that is not available in the mobile app/chrome plugin because of the use case scenarios while using these platforms.  The feature is part of the Augnito widget.
